As a result of our expertise in planning, cost accounting, marketing, and turnkey management, Al Lum Properties has successfully registered itself as a development firm of the highest caliber. 

The Centre, a 146,000 square foot office and retail building in downtown El Paso that was completely restored to its turn-of-the-century grandeur. A turnkey project from choosing the site, design, demolition, construction, leasing, and management.

The Spectrum, an 83,000 square foot office and warehouse complex adjacent to El Paso's International Airport. A renovation included revamping all exterior landscaping and creating a new identity for the project by adding an impressive monolithic site sign that is brilliantly lit at night.  Offices were transformed to rich, inviting spaces that included recessed lighting and glass paneled doors. Amenities were added including Executive Suites for small business owners, a common area conference room, and a tenant snack bar on the building's second level.

TIMBER CREEK PLACE, a commercial "township" on Highway 6 in west Houston, stands as proud tibute to the develoment and managements skill of Al Lum Properties.  The carefully planned community consists of 1,400 multi-family residential apartment units, a 50,000 square foot office building and two retail centers totaling more than 78,000 square feet.  The 120 wooded acres midway between Interstate 10 and US 290 laid fallow, marked only by a natural sand pit on the property. Today, the development is a showcase property for its owners as well as for those who live and work there.  Timber Creek Place was one of the first master-planned multi-family developments in west Houston, and from its inception there was a commitment on the part of Al Lum Properties to preserve the natural environment, using it to enhance the value of the land.  The project has been praised by experts in the industry, and was one of the few developments to be recognized nationally by the Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM) for its innovative contributions to the industry as a whole.
